1. The monitoring device uses a three-color light to indicate the monitoring status: red light with an alarm for unqualified status, green light for qualified status, and yellow light for early warning status.

2. The monitoring device dynamically displays temperature and humidity values visually, along with dynamic icons indicating the monitoring status. The status indication rules are the same as above: red light with an alarm for unqualified, green light for qualified, and yellow light for early warning.

3. The monitoring device has an automatic data storage function. It can automatically save up to 1000 pieces of data locally when communication is abnormal. Once communication is restored, the recorded data will be automatically transmitted to the PC. The time range for data recording can be adjusted manually.

4. It supports dynamic display of wireless communication signals and signal strength. The monitoring device enables online upgrades, and the management software features intelligent IP locking.

5. Administrators can freely set the warning thresholds and alarm thresholds for monitoring.

6. The monitoring software can display data in map mode. When an abnormality occurs, the software can identify the abnormal workstation through a simulated production line diagram, allowing accurate location of the on-site production anomaly.

7. The monitoring system monitors temperature and humidity values in real time, and the management software is used to configure device parameters (such as temperature and humidity correction values, and alarm values).
